The Spirit of Negeri Sembilan Fans Shines Brighter Than Ever

Negeri Sembilan FC’s journey this season has been far from smooth sailing — especially when playing away from home. Yet, amid the challenges, one thing stands out stronger than ever: the unwavering loyalty of the Jang faithful.

This year, NSFC fans have shown that true support isn’t defined by trophies or results. It’s about heart, identity, and belonging. Despite the team’s mixed away form, thousands continue to turn up in Paroi and beyond — not for glamour or glory, but because supporting Negeri Sembilan is part of who they are.

It’s not just about football. Many come to the stadium to reconnect with friends, to share laughter with family, to feel the rhythm of the drums and the roar of the crowd that unites generations. The stands have become a place of community, pride, and shared emotion — a living symbol of Tanah Adat’s spirit.

It’s worth remembering that NSFC has enjoyed strong moments before. Back in 2022 under coach K. Devan, the team finished an impressive top four in the Super League. Yet even then, the stands weren’t as packed as they are today. This season, the atmosphere feels different — electric, emotional, and deeply rooted.

Not even during the golden era between 2009 and 2011 did Paroi feel this alive. The songs are louder, the flags fly higher, and the connection between the team and supporters feels more genuine than ever.

Through every win and setback, the Negeri Sembilan fans have proven they are not glory hunters — they are family. And in this family, loyalty means everything.

Aminuddin Rallies Negeri Sembilan Ahead of FA Cup Clash

Negeri Sembilan FC (NSFC) Chairman, Dato’ Seri Aminuddin Harun, has urged his players to deliver their best performance when they face Selangor FC (SFC) in the first leg of the FA Cup quarter-final at the Stadium Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Paroi, this Saturday.

Aminuddin, who is also the Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, expressed confidence that the Hobin Jang Hobin squad will rise to the occasion, urging them to make full use of their home advantage to secure a vital win in front of their passionate supporters.

“I hope the people of Negeri Sembilan will continue to pray for our team’s success in this quarter-final match against Selangor. This is a big challenge for the players, but I want them to stay composed and focus on putting on an admirable performance that can deliver victory,” he said after chairing the weekly Exco meeting at Wisma Negeri today.

The showdown between Negeri Sembilan FC and Selangor FC has already been billed as one of the most anticipated fixtures of the round, following NSFC’s 2-1 league victory over the same opponent at Paroi earlier this season.

Despite recent setbacks — including a 1-2 defeat to Penang FC in the Super League — Aminuddin believes the team under Coach Nidzam Jamil has what it takes to bounce back, especially with the strength of home support and a strong record at Paroi this season.

With over 25,000 fans expected to pack the stands and more than 23,000 tickets already sold out of the total 25,550, excitement continues to build across Negeri Sembilan.

“The ticket response has been beyond expectations — it seems there won’t be enough seats with two days still to go,” Aminuddin said.

“I urge fans to purchase tickets only through official channels and avoid dealing with scalpers who may try to resell tickets at inflated prices.”

As Paroi prepares to turn into a sea of black and yellow, the Jangs are ready to fight for a crucial first-leg advantage, fuelled by their fans’ unwavering passion and the spirit of Tanah Adat.

Jang Short-Handed Ahead Of Selangor Clash

Negeri Sembilan will head into their highly anticipated FA Cup 2025 quarter-final clash against Selangor with several key absences — but the spirit of the Jangs remains unshaken as more than 25,000 supporters are expected to pack the Stadium Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Paroi.

Midfield dynamo Alex Agyarkwa will be unavailable due to loan restrictions, as the Ghanaian is currently on loan from Selangor. Meanwhile, Haiqal Haqeemi continues his recovery after undergoing surgery for an ACL injury sustained during international duty.

Adding to the list, Japanese midfielder Takumi Sasaki is battling through adversity after suffering a broken nose in training earlier this week. However, in true warrior fashion, Takumi is set to feature with a protective nose guard, embodying the grit and determination that defines the Jangs.

Despite the setbacks, Negeri Sembilan’s camp remains focused and united. The home side will look to draw strength from the roaring support of their fans as they aim to take a crucial step toward FA Cup glory.

All eyes will be on Paroi this weekend — where courage meets passion, and history awaits.

Doa Bersama Palestin — Paroi Stands in Solidarity

This Saturday, Paroi will be more than just a football ground — it will be a field of unity, compassion, and humanity. As Negeri Sembilan FC prepare to face Selangor FC in the FA Cup Quarter Final at Stadium Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the match will also serve as a moment of solidarity with the people of Palestine.

Fans are encouraged to bring along Palestinian flags or keffiyeh scarves as a sign of support and empathy for those enduring hardship. Together, let us show that the spirit of football extends beyond the game — it unites hearts and voices for justice and peace.

However, supporters are reminded not to bring any banners or materials containing provocative language or offensive messages. Our solidarity is rooted in humanity and peace, not hostility.

Let Paroi shine as a symbol of unity this Saturday — where passion for football meets compassion for humankind.

Quarter-Final Anticipation Builds as Negeri Sembilan FC Host Selangor FC at Paroi

Excitement continues to rise ahead of the FA Cup quarter-final first leg between Negeri Sembilan FC and Selangor FC, set to take place on 18 October 2025 at the Stadium Tuanku Abdul Rahman, Paroi.

In a statement released by the club, away supporters for the highly anticipated clash will be limited to 2,600 tickets only. This adjustment was made after careful consideration of several factors, including stadium safety regulations, limited entry points, and technical arrangements.

NSFC clarified that seat segregation zones will be established, resulting in the reduction of available seats for visiting fans. The club emphasized that the decision was made to ensure the safety and comfort of all spectators, given the expected capacity crowd and intense rivalry between both sides.

As of today, a total of 21,223 tickets have already been sold, reflecting the immense enthusiasm of supporters eager to witness this high-stakes encounter in the heart of Paroi. Only 928 tickets remain for away fans, with the total ticket allocation capped at 25,550.

The quarter-final promises to deliver an electric atmosphere, with Negeri Sembilan FC looking to capitalize on home advantage and continue their impressive campaign under coach Nidzam Jamil.

Fans are reminded to purchase tickets through official channels and to adhere to stadium regulations for a safe and memorable matchday experience.

Stronger Together — Haiqal Haqeemi on the Road to Recovery

A heartfelt moment was recently shared on Harith Samsuri’s Instagram Story, capturing several Negeri Sembilan FC players visiting Haiqal Haqeemi, who is currently recovering from injury.

The visit also reunited him with a few familiar faces — former Selangor teammates — reflecting the strong bonds and support within the football fraternity.

Haiqal, a box-to-box midfielder known for his tireless work rate and versatility, is likely in post-surgery recovery after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualifiers between Malaysia U-23 and Mongolia U-23 in Thailand two weeks ago.

The injury has unfortunately ruled him out for the remainder of the season, halting what had been a promising run of form for both club and country.

Despite the setback, Haiqal’s fighting spirit remains unshaken. Surrounded by supportive teammates and fans, he continues to embody the resilience and determination that define The Jangs spirit.

Wishing Haiqal Haqeemi a full and strong recovery — we can’t wait to see you dominate the midfield again soon!

Azri Ghani Returns to Training — The Jangs’ Safe Hands Are Back!

Great news for Negeri Sembilan FC fans — goalkeeper Azri Ghani has officially returned to full training after recovering from a recent health setback.

After spending time on the sidelines to focus on his recovery, Azri has rejoined his teammates this week, bringing renewed energy and determination ahead of a crucial period for the club. His return comes at a timely moment as Negeri Sembilan FC prepare for their FA Cup Quarter-Final clash against Selangor FC this week — a fixture that promises to be one of the highlights of the season.

Although Azri had to miss a Malaysia national team call-up due to his condition, his focus now turns to regaining top form with The Jangs and contributing to the team’s ambitions in domestic competitions.

The coaching staff have commended his discipline and positive attitude throughout the recovery process, noting his influence both on and off the pitch.

Welcome back, Ayie — it’s great to see you back on the pitch and ready for the battles ahead!

Cklamovski’s Praise for TMJ Walks a Fine Line — Support or Breach of FIFA’s Neutrality Principles?

Harimau Malaya head coach Peter Cklamovski made headlines after Malaysia’s 3-0 win over Laos when he openly credited Johor Regent Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim as the driving force behind Malaysian football’s progress.

In a passionate post-match statement, Cklamovski said that without the Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) owner’s vision, leadership, and personal investment, Malaysian football “would have been finished a long time ago.”

He further argued that Tunku Ismail, not the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), has been the key figure securing government backing, funding, and professional standards that have elevated the national team setup.

That’s a very sharp and politically loaded statement by Peter Cklamovski — and while not directly illegal under FIFA regulations, it pushes into a grey area concerning FIFA’s principles of neutrality and non-interference in political or administrative affairs of member associations.

Let’s unpack it carefully from both a regulatory and a professional conduct standpoint:

1. FIFA’s Stance: Political Neutrality & Non-Interference

FIFA’s Statutes (notably Articles 14 & 19) emphasize that:

  • Member associations (like FAM) must remain independent and free from political interference.
  • National teams, clubs, and officials must not bring political figures, governments, or royalty into football governance matters.

Cklamovski’s comments—especially:

“Who gets the funding from the Prime Minister and the support from the government? It is TMJ, not FAM,”
“Without him, Malaysian football is finished.”

—could be interpreted as endorsing political or monarchical influence over a national association, which contradicts the spirit (if not the letter) of FIFA’s autonomy rules.

However, since TMJ’s involvement is through a club (JDT) and as a royal patron, not a government minister or FIFA-sanctioned official, the comments may not trigger a direct disciplinary breach—unless FIFA deems them evidence of political control or interference.

2. From a Coaching & Governance Perspective

It’s unusual for a national team coach to:

  • Publicly assign blame to FAM (“the administration errors … that’s FAM, not TMJ”), and
  • Explicitly credit a single private or royal figure for national football survival.

This can:

  • Undermine the federation’s credibility before FIFA and AFC.
  • Create perception of dual power structures — one official (FAM) and one de facto (TMJ).
  • Risk breaching FIFA Code of Ethics, Article 13 (General Duties), which requires officials to act with neutrality, integrity, and loyalty to their member association.

So while not an immediate FIFA violation, it could be viewed as “inappropriate public commentary” or “disparagement of a member association”, which national FAs often discipline internally.

3. Contextual Reality: Why He Said It

Cklamovski’s statement came amid:

  • The FIFA suspension of Malaysia due to falsified player documents.
  • Rising public anger towards FAM.
  • TMJ’s visible role as de facto national team project leader.

It seems defensive and political — an attempt to rally morale and publicly separate TMJ from FAM’s scandal. Strategically, it shifts blame away from TMJ and towards FAM administration, protecting his employer’s key supporter.

4. What FIFA Could Do

Unless:

  • The statement is interpreted as proof that the government or TMJ controls FAM decisions, or
  • It sparks further evidence of undue influence,

FIFA will likely not act. However, they will take note, especially given Malaysia’s ongoing suspension and governance scrutiny.

If FIFA or AFC perceive TMJ as exercising authority exceeding his role, they could ask FAM for clarification on independence and structure.

Summary Judgment

AspectAssessment
FIFA Rule Breach? Not directly — but borderline on political interference (Articles 14, 19).
Professional Conduct?Questionable — public criticism of FAM by national coach is unorthodox and potentially divisive.
Possible Consequences?Internal reprimand or advisory from FAM; FIFA likely to monitor but not sanction unless interference proven.
Motivation Behind StatementTo defend TMJ’s role and rally support during crisis; politically tactical, not regulatory in nature.

In short:
Cklamovski’s statement isn’t an outright FIFA violation, but it’s walking a fine line. It blurs institutional boundaries, risks reputational damage to FAM, and could invite further scrutiny over governance independence — something FIFA takes very seriously.
