Imigresen FC 1–1 Negeri Sembilan FC: Points Shared in Batu Kawan

Imigresen FC and Negeri Sembilan FC (NSFC) shared the spoils after an intense Malaysia Super League encounter ended 1–1 at the Negeri Pulau Pinang Stadium in Batu Kawan earlier this evening.

Early Chances for Both Sides

NSFC started aggressively, with striker Jovan Motika nearly breaking the deadlock in the 4th minute after outmuscling home captain Rizal Ghazali, only for his powerful shot to sail over the bar.

The hosts responded swiftly as Keron Ornchaiyaphum came close twice — first with a free-kick that went narrowly wide in the 10th minute, and again four minutes later when his attempt was blocked by defender Alex Agyarkwa.

Imigresen Strike First

In the 26th minute, Imigresen took the lead through Wilmar Jordan, who calmly slotted home after a slick build-up involving Halim Saari and Eduardo Sosa.

NSFC pushed hard for a reply and nearly equalised in the 33rd minute via a Takumi Sasaki free-kick, but his weak effort was easily collected by goalkeeper Farhan Majid.

The breakthrough came in first-half stoppage time when Motika coolly converted an assist from A. Selvan, making it 1–1 heading into the break.

Tense Second Half

The Jangs kept up the pressure after the restart, earning a free-kick in the 51st minute, but Agyarkwa’s finishing touch failed to trouble the keeper.

Imigresen’s best chance of the half arrived in the 74th minute when Elvis Kamsoba’s cross found substitute Fayyadh Ghazali, but the forward miscontrolled under pressure, wasting the opportunity.

The final 10 minutes saw tempers flare with a few heated exchanges, but neither side could find a winner as the match ended in a draw.
